Some moments mark you forever.
For me, one of those moments happened 30,000 feet in the air, staring out the window of a plane somewhere between Turkey and Portugal. I was fresh out of an eight-year relationship—an engagement, no less—and for the first time in a long time, I had chosen myself. I was terrified. And I was free.
As the plane lifted, tears streamed down my face. But they weren’t tears of sadness. They were the kind of tears that come when your body finally exhales after years of holding everything in. Gratitude. Expansion. A soul-level YES. I was no longer living for someone else’s comfort. I was no longer abandoning myself to avoid conflict. I had stepped into the unknown—and it was electric.
That feeling is why I created Let Her Speak.
This podcast isn’t just a space to talk. It’s a sacred invitation. It’s for the mother who feels like she’s lost herself in the endless giving, the performing, the surviving. It’s for the woman underneath the title, the to-do list, and the pressure. It’s for you, if you’re ready to remember who you are.
I’ve spent over a decade working with families, diving into the roots of child behavior, family dynamics, and emotional regulation. What I’ve learned—and what I teach—is that healing doesn’t happen through more perfection. It happens when we come home to ourselves. When we stop trying to fix, and start truly listening.
So, in this first episode, I shared my turning point. I also admitted: I’m not great at math. I’ll mix up the timeline. I’ll talk about Italy a lot. I’ll probably cry. But I’ll always tell the truth.
Because this is real life.
And real life requires us to get uncomfortable sometimes. The big, soul-expanding decisions often feel like heartbreak before they feel like liberation. That’s the dance. That’s the stretch. That’s the return.
I believe the women who come here—who press play on this podcast—are women who are already awakening. You know there’s more. You feel it in your chest, your belly, your bones. A quiet whisper that says: “I want a life that feels like mine.”
Whether it’s about motherhood, business, creative identity, or just remembering what brings you joy, this space is for your truth.
I’ll talk about nervous system healing, burnout, self-abandonment, boundaries, desire, business, and identity. I’ll share the messy bits. And I’ll help you find the magic in the mundane.
Because you don’t need to be fixed.
You need to be heard.
If this resonates with you, come walk with me. Let’s speak the truth. Let’s feel it all. Let’s come home to ourselves—together.
