I didn’t become a mother and suddenly know this work was important
I became a mother and finally understood how deep it really goes.
I’d spent over a decade supporting families—working with complex behaviours, guiding parents, studying the nervous system. But nothing could’ve prepared me for what it felt like to hold my daughter after a traumatic birth, hemorrhage twice, and feel like I’d lost every part of myself in a single moment.
I loved her deeply. And still… I felt trapped, scared, and completely disconnected from the woman I used to be.
That’s when I realised: motherhood doesn’t erase who you are.
But if we’re not careful, it can bury her.
My work has never been about perfect parenting (I’ve never witnessed it either).
It’s about helping women like you feel safe in your own body again—so you can stop surviving, start living, and raise your family from a place of calm, wholeness, and a truck load of inner-peace.

“I spent years trying to help families through the system—until I realised the system was missing the point.”
When I left social work, I wasn’t just leaving a job.
I was leaving behind a way of thinking that no longer made sense.
I didn’t want to follow formulas.
I wanted to follow truth.
So I rewired my own nervous system, studied what traditional systems ignored, and created a body of work that finally worked.
Because healing doesn’t happen in systems.
It happens in the body.
In the home.
In the mother.
For over a decade, I worked inside schools, therapy frameworks, and traditional systems—trying to support families the way I’d been trained to.
But something never felt right.
Everything was focused on fixing the child.
Little attention was given to the parent-child dynamic, to the body, or to the unseen patterns shaping their connection.
There was no space for the mother’s inner world.
No language for the unspoken energy that lives between a parent and child.
No real tools that worked when the family went home and life got hard.
And that’s where I started asking better questions.
What if the problem isn’t the child?
What if the behaviour isn’t the issue—but the invitation?
That was the beginning of everything I do now.

I believe in raising kids in homes full of connection
where children feel safe to be themselves, and mums actually get to enjoy it.
Freedom, for me, means dreaming big, making bold choices, and feeling like it’s a joy to be you.
I light up around growth—drop a book title and it’s in my Kindle before you finish the sentence!
I’ve come to love quiet moments to think (especially since becoming a mum), deep connection, and adventure that reminds me anything is possible.
New places, big ideas, less fear, more joy—that’s the life for me.
There are no bad behaviours, only unmet needs and survival patterns
I don’t believe children are misbehaving. I believe they’re communicating.
And I don’t think you’re doing it wrong just because you feel overwhelmed.
I’m not here to fix families or chase perfection. I’m here to help you understand what’s really going on underneath, and to show you that when your needs are met too, everything in your home begins to soften.
Because you don’t need to do more.
You just need a way that finally feels right.
What keeps me grounded when life feels like a lot
I love my early mornings—before the house wakes up with nice cup of tea…stillness, silence, and space to be with my own thoughts.
Kisses from my daughter and those everyday moments of watching her be exactly who she is.
Night time chit chats with my husband. I love snuggling up with him on the couch and chatting about everything that’s going right or not so great in my life.
And always—coming back to meditation and stillness. Not because I “should,” but because it always seems to lead to my body feeling calm and grounded again.
